What began as a childhood fascination with beautiful cards and writing has become a heartfelt pursuit and career in calligraphy and personalized stationery. I have always loved the physical act of writing, the way it looks, the way a pen feels in my hand. In 2000, I first tried my calligraphic hand through self-instruction, later through course work, then perfecting my craft through dedication and years of practice. In 2003, I became a professional calligrapher! I continue to take classes - The Spruill Center for the Arts, Callanwolde Fine Arts Center - and am a member of the Atlanta Calligraphy Guild, FOTA, and The International Association of Master Penmen, Engrossers and Teachers of Handwriting.

Professional Proofreader

Over the years, I have addressed thousands of invitations and still absolutely love it! I love working with brides and event hostesses, helping to ease the overwhelming burden of event details. Bride and hostess clients have come to depend on the quality, professionalism and peace of mind of my hand calligraphed invitations. When a bride or hostess chooses me to address her invitations, she can relax knowing the envelopes will be beautiful, correct and delivered on time!

One of the reasons that my work is delivered perfectly is that I employ a professional proofreader. She has a B.A. as well as an M.B.A. and has been a copy write editor for a major publication. She has an acute eye for detail and proofs for spelling and errors as well as aesthetics.
